Atlanta was once a landlocked city and the capital of U.S. state of Georgia. In an attempt to gain more tourism, the city decided to be move offshore into the Atlantic Ocean. While there, it became a centre of tourism and and an even bigger Delta hub.

The city overdeveloped, subsequently causing itself to sink to the bottom of the ocean. Famous people decided to flee, The remaining population decided to stay behind. With the help of caffeine from a Coca-Cola bottling plant, the people of Atlanta evolved into what is known as Merfolk fairly quickly. They have survived underwater for it to become a populated sunken city. Since none of the Merfolk made contact with the population on the land, the city was deemed lost forever.

The Lost City of Atlanta is a mythical ruin city underwater in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. It was once believed lost for centuries and some regarded it only as a myth.
